• Bhajan Team of Haridwar : The Bhajan team of Haridwar comprises mostly of Yuva Shakti which includes good Harmonium, Dholak and Tabla players. By the divine grace of Shree Mataji, some of them have developed into good singers. The entire Bhajan team meets on every Saturday to prepare for the bhajans to be sung at the Main Center Collectivity the next day i.e. Sunday.

• Decoration work : The Yuva Shakti is also responsible for the decorations done at the Sahaja Yoga Centers including the Special Decorations done during Hawan and Puja. They do this work beautifully with lot of vigor and enthusiasm. Further the Yuva Shakti takes care of all the necessary arrangements related to Sound system, seating arrangements etc. at the Sahaja Yoga Centers.

• Contribution in Public Programs: Apart from the divine powers of Shree Mataji that makes a public program successful, it also depends on our desire and efforts, as we are the instruments of Shree Mataji, with which we do the Sahaja work. As publicity of the program is the main aspect, the Yuva Shakti with all the team members distributes the pamphlets together with elder Sahajyogis. They also put up the banners and the posters of Sahajayoga in the city for advertisement of the programs. The huge public program done recently on 2^nd December 2001 on the district level required a lot of efforts. The Yuva Shakti worked till late in the night for full one week to make it a success and the result was that Sahajayoga has now reached to every nook and corner of Haridwar.

• Monthly Meetings: Shree Mataji has made each one of us masters of our own selves and that everything depends on our depth of meditation and balanced state. To establish themselves deeper in Self Realization, the Yuva Shakti has decided to meet once a month to do collective meditation, introspection of their activities, practice Sahaja techniques, discuss on any of the topics of Sahajayoga in detail and share information with each other.

• Contribution through Internet: In view of the vast reach and potential of Internet, recently a team of five Yuva Shakti headed by an elder Sahajayogi was formed to contribute their best for propagation of Sahaja Yoga through Internet. They will form the part of SITA (Sahaja Internet Team Administration), who as we all know is working to spread Sahajayoga through Internet with the blessings of Shree Mataji. The website of Haridwar center is already on Internet with the efforts of this team and hopes to add more web pages and information on Internet in due course of time.
